The game is officially OPEN! Feel free to make your own posts in the community and get the ball rolling. To commemorate the game's opening, we've set up this intro mingle post to help you guys get settled in. NPCs might even pop in from time to time to guide your characters along or make their school life harder. Even so, we hope you have fun and enjoy!

Please don't forget to add the date when the thread is taking place (e.g. "5th day of the 1st term", "term 1, day 5") in the subject line! December 1 is the 1st day of the 1st term, December 2 is the 2nd... you get the idea.

[ Before coming here, Sayaka had no idea she could effectively use magic here. Upon touching the statue and finding out her type affinity, she slowly realized that this is more of a reality than she imagined. She can do magic now, but the thing is... being someone who never used it before, this is becoming a very tiresome task full of failing attempts.

Currently, she's trying to turn a pinwheel properly. ]

[Hajime is having about as much luck trying to move water, even though it used to come to him as easily as breathing]

This is hard.

[ She sighs, leaning back to take a break. It was starting to give her a headache. ]

It's hard when I'm not used to do such things.

Doing it like this is really different from just talking to the Leafe.

[idolizer]

The Leafe? [ She turns to the kid, obviously confused. ]

It's what gives life it's aliveness.

[He frowns]

But I can' t hear it here.

I don't think I understand. Is it another kind of magic you had?

[splashpuppy]

[He has to consider that for a moment. It's always just been... how things are, for him]

I guess kinda like it...

[idolizer]

[ A pause, thinking. ] So, there are really people who come from different worlds. Where I come from, magic didn't exist at all.

[splashpuppy]

Wow, really? There aren't many people who can do what I do at home, but it exists.

[idolizer]

I imagine you were popular for being able to use magic. [ She wouldn't believe it if she wasn't sitting there trying to do a spell right now. ]

[splashpuppy]

I didn't really know a lot of people at home, but everyone I met was super nice. I've never been to school before.

[idolizer]

You haven't? [ She now takes a good look at him. ] How old are you?

[splashpuppy]

I'm seven. Kei and Goh teach me and SHin and Mannen lessons, but we don't go to school.

Sometimes I think Kei wants to send us to one instead though.

[idolizer]

And they're not here, are they? I've been looking for my classmates, but to no avail.

[splashpuppy]

Yeah, it's just me. I'm not used to not having them around.

[idolizer]

I suppose that maybe they'll turn up later. I don't know how things work here... though I'd rather they didn't choose us so randomly.

[splashpuppy]

Maybe this'll make sense when we learn more...

[He hopes, anyway]

Maybe. [ Her eyes fall on the pinwheel she's been practicing with. ] ... I should find something else to do. I think I've picked the wrong thing to practice on.

Did they say you should be working on wind?

[idolizer]

... No. I picked the first thing that was at disposal. [ This is so embarassing, but she covers it up pretty well. ] They said I'm a Green Magician, but beyond that I'm pretty confused.

[splashpuppy]

Which one's green about? I just remember that blue is water.

[idolizer]

Uhm... I think they told me it's Sound.

[splashpuppy]

Hmm... are there bells or something here?

[idolizer]

Bells?

[ She looks around briefly. She's heard noises coming from chiming bells of those who are practicing nearby. ]

I'll have to look. [ She stands up. ]
